1. Eligibility and accounts
- Tester participation is for people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information, control your verified mobile number, and keep access credentials secure.
- One person may not operate duplicate tester accounts, impersonate another person, transfer a reserved seat, or use automation to obtain campaign access.
- Business representatives must be authorized to act for the business and must keep verification, branch, and representative information accurate.
2. Campaign participation
- Reserve a limited seat only when you intend and are able to attend within the campaign window. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, misuse, or overdue surveys may limit or suspend future access.
- The business confirms attendance by scanning or validating the secure visit pass. Any self-check-in capability shown to a store reviewer is a restricted review exception, not a public campaign feature.
- Campaign benefits, availability, timing, location, and eligibility are shown in the campaign. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless Murrna expressly states otherwise.
3. Feedback and user content
- Survey feedback must reflect your genuine experience. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, promotional, irrelevant, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not include another person's phone number, address, account credentials, confidential information, or image without a lawful reason and permission.
- You retain ownership of your content. You grant Murrna a non-exclusive right to host, process, translate, moderate, redact, anonymize, aggregate, and share it with the relevant business as needed to operate and improve the campaign.
- Murrna reviews survey content before it is shown to a business. We may reject, redact, remove, retain as evidence, or restrict accounts associated with content that violates these Terms.
4. Reporting, moderation, and safety
- Businesses can report an approved response from inside their portal. Testers and any affected person can use the Support page to report a campaign, business, account, or content concern.
- Murrna may investigate reports, contact the affected parties, preserve relevant records, remove content, cancel participation, block access, or refer urgent matters to the appropriate authority.
- Do not misuse reporting tools or submit knowingly false reports.
5. Invitations, businesses, and payments
- Tester invitations are tied to the recipient's mobile number, provide network access rather than a guaranteed campaign seat, and may be limited, revoked, or expire.
- Businesses must be verified before launching campaigns. Murrna may request more information, reject or suspend a profile, pause a campaign, or require operational corrections.
- Campaign charges, promotions, refunds, and payment status follow the terms displayed at checkout and the payment provider's confirmed records. A campaign is not treated as paid until payment or promotion credit is confirmed.
6. Suspension, deletion, and availability
- Murrna may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, businesses, the service, or legal compliance. Where practical, we will provide a reason or review path.
- Testers can delete their account in the app. Direct identifiers are removed and active sessions and push tokens are revoked; limited pseudonymous campaign, consent, security, accounting, and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The service may change, pause, or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Murrna does not guarantee that a campaign, invitation, benefit, or service will always remain available.
7. Contact and changes
- Use the Support page for account, moderation, privacy, deletion, or campaign concerns.
- We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented for acceptance before protected tester actions continue. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not limited by these Terms.
