Delete in the app
Open Settings, choose Delete account, review the notice, and confirm your request.
Request deletion by email
Email privacy@murrna.com from the address connected to your account, or include the mobile number connected to your tester account. Use the subject “Murrna account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
We delete or anonymize your account profile and personal data associated with it, including contact details and app account data.
What may be retained
Limited campaign, security, fraud-prevention, audit, accounting, or legal-compliance records may be retained when required. Access is restricted and the records are kept only for the necessary period.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and complete it within a reasonable period after verifying account ownership. We will contact you if more information is needed.
